I. Parking organization

1. The parking lot managed by "Holding Liwa sp. Z o.o." is a paid, unguarded parking lot.

2. In the event of a lack of parking spaces in the parking lot, Holding Liwa Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to repark the vehicle in the auxiliary parking lot located at Narutowicza 26.

II. Price and parking time

1. The parking fee for one car in the above-ground parking lot for a hotel guest is 140 PLN for each commenced hotel day.

2. The parking fee for one car in the above-ground parking lot for a guest of the restaurant, conference room, etc. is 20 PLN for each commenced hour.

III. Parking operator liability

1. Holding Liwa Sp. z o. o. is not liable for any damage, destruction, damage or loss of a vehicle that occurred on the parking lot due to the fault of the User, third parties or force majeure.

2. Holding Liwa Sp. z o. o. is liable for all damage caused in a manner proven by its employees. The User is obliged to immediately report the damage.

3. All damage caused on the parking lot is settled under the mandatory third party liability insurance of the perpetrator of the damage.

IV. Parking lot usage conditions

1. Entry to the car park may only be made by employees of the Grand Hotel (excluding suppliers).

2. A supplier entering the car park is obliged to report to the appropriate organisational unit (Reception, Kitchen, Restaurant, etc.) and may enter the car park under the supervision of a designated person, taking a designated place.

3. Entry and exit of suppliers may only take place with the assistance of persons designated by the Hotel.

4. Deliveries may be left in the zone designated for this purpose, but without impeding vehicle traffic.

V. Final provisions

1. The regulations are available for viewing at the reception of the Grand Hotel.

2. The regulations are effective from October 1st 2023.
